You can also rent any painting that is for sale for 10EUR/month. If you decide to buy the painting, I will compensate up to 6 months rent from the price.
If you are able to sell the painting you rented, or any other painting of mine to someone else, I will give you 20% commission of the price of the painting.
If someone wants to buy the painting you rented, you have the privilege to buy it, you can change it to another painting, or you can end the rental agreement.
